Cancellation Policy

At Harsiddhi Services (operating via gujaratgazette.com), we strive to process all documentation and consultancy requests as swiftly as possible. Due to the rapid nature of our 15-Day Service timeline and the immediate allocation of resources for legal drafting, our cancellation terms are strictly defined to ensure operational efficiency.
1. The Cancellation Window (Duration)
Clients are eligible to request a cancellation of their requested service within a strict duration of 24 hours from the time the successful payment is registered on our system.
Because our team begins assessing documents and preparing legal drafts almost immediately after an order is placed to meet our fast service delivery commitments, any cancellation request submitted after this 24-hour window will be automatically declined.
2. Conditions for a Valid Cancellation
Even within the 24-hour window, a cancellation request will only be approved if the following conditions are met:
- Our legal team has not yet commenced the drafting of your affidavits, forms, or applications.
- Your physical or digital dossier has not yet been dispatched to the respective Government Authority (e.g., the Department of Publication or Income Tax Department).
- No government challans, stamp duties, or non-refundable third-party vendor fees have been paid on your behalf.
3. Non-Cancellable Services
Cancellation is absolutely not possible under the following circumstances, regardless of the time elapsed:
- If the service involves immediate digital delivery or instantaneous government portal submission that has already been executed.
- If you fail to provide the necessary documents, provide incorrect/fraudulent documents, or delay your response to our team, and subsequently ask to cancel to avoid providing the correct data.
4. Cancellation Processing and Deductions
If your cancellation request is submitted within the 24-hour duration and is approved by our management team, the refund process will be initiated. Please note:
- An administrative and payment gateway processing fee of 5% to 10% of the total transaction value will be deducted from the refund amount. This covers the non-refundable charges levied upon us by our payment processor (PayU).
- Approved cancellation refunds will be routed strictly back to the original method of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank's processing timelines.
5. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, you must send an email from your registered email address to our official support team. Verbal cancellations over the phone are not accepted.

- Full Name of the Applicant
- PayU Transaction ID / Order Number
- Date and Time of Payment
- Reason for Cancellation
